Clinical medicine trains you to make decisions with incomplete information, in public, with consequences. So does leadership.
Decide with incomplete information
No clinician waits for certainty. You act on the best available picture, you say what would change your mind, and you review. Organisations that adopt that habit move faster and are wrong less expensively.

The quiet person in the room is usually right
The nurse who has watched a thousand children knows something the registrar does not. Leadership is mostly the discipline of asking them, in front of everyone, and then acting on the answer.
